TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1. About You

By purchasing from this website you warrant that

  • You have the capability of entering into binding contracts 

  • You are at least 16 years of age if ordering alone. However under 16s may order under parental supervision.

  • You are a resident in one of the countries we ship to.

 

2. The Contract

  • After your purchase you will receive an email from us as an acknowledgement that we have received your order. This however does not mean your order has been accepted. Orders are confirmed accepted once you receive a ‘your order has been dispatched’ email which is also called a dispatch confirmation. Our items are shipped from the UK, are handmade and made to order

  • Once your order has been dispatched,. this forms a contract between yourself and Deliciae Realm. This is an offer to us to buy a product, which are subject to availability. 

  • We are unable to process your order until full payment has been received.

  • If any mistakes are made with your order you may be able to correct these via email prior to your order being processed. You are unable to amend your order after it has been processed. . 

  • The contract only relates to products enthused in the dispatched confirmation email. Deliciae Realm is not obliged to supply items or products which may have been a part of your order until another dispatch email has been sent. 

  •  

    Deliciae Realm holds the right to refuse any order e.g. if the item you may have ordered is not in stock or unavailable, if we suspect fraudulent activity and if we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment. In the incident of this happening Deliciae Realm will contact you via email, if payment has already been made we will process a refund.

 3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing of each product will be shown on the website and exclude delivery charges 

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice but does not affect any orders which have already been made and accepted.

  • All product payments should be made via debit or credit card, Apply Pay or via buy now pay later options Klarna & Laybuy.

4. Events outside our control

We will not be liable for failure to perform, or delay any of our obligations under this contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control "Force Majeure Event'

A Force Majeure Event covers any event or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular without limitation the following:

  • Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.

  • Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.

  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.

  • Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

  • Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.

  • The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

​  5. Import

  • If an order is placed for delivery outside the UK, this may be subject to import taxes/duties which are calculated when the delivery reaches the destination, this changed from 1st January 2021 . 

  • These charges are calculated by your local government and unfortunately, the customer will be responsible for this payment of any extra charges. Deliciae Realm has no control over this and cannot predict the extra charges amount. If there are any concerns about this please contact your local customs office or department prior to placing an order with us. 

  • As a customer it is your duty to comply with any laws/regulations of the country which the products will be delivered to. Deliciae Realm will not be made liable for any breaches made of any laws.

  6. Deliciae Realm rights of these terms and conditions

  • Terms and conditions may be amended from time to time due to change in the market, business, payment methods, relevant laws and for any other reason in Deliciae Realm’s discretion which will be decided. 

  • Customers will be subject to polices/terms and conditions upon ordering. By ordering from Deliciae Realm we have the right to assume you agree and accept our terms and conditions and polices.

  7. Complaints

  • Complaints should be addressed in writing via email to contact@deliciaerealm.com which we will review and appropriate action will be taken.
