SHIPPING COSTS

 

All our items are shipped from the UK, via tracked methods.

UK Standard Delivery: £2.76 - 5-7 working days

EU Shipping £6.62 - 10 - 14 working days 

USA Shipping £11.41 - 10 - 14 working days

*Please allow up to 72 hours processing time excluding weekends and bank holidays. 

*Due to our items being shipped from overseas,  your order may arrive at different times depending on what you have ordered.

*Please contact us if you have not received your order after the timeframe for your destination and would like an update on the delivery.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds other than the reasons listed below. Please therefore order with full certainty to avoid any inconveniences.  

REFUNDS/RETURNS

Retuning to order something else

At this time we do not offer returns, as our items are made to order. Please ensure you order with full certainty and choose your correct size prior to ordering. Please use our size guide for help, or contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Damaged items

In the unlikely event of receiving your item(s) faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it, we will send out a new item.

 

Unconfirmed payment

Deliciae Realm will process a refund in the incidence of payment being processed but the order had been refused by us, for example if the item you may have ordered is not in stock or unavailable. If we suspect fraudulent activity and if we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment. In this instance Deliciae Realm will contact you via email, if payment has already been made we will process a refund. 

Lost items 

Please first contact the delivery courier regarding your parcel if you believe it is missing. If unsuccessful please contact us so we can look further.  In the instance of not being able to recover the parcel we will  send out a new item(s). In the case of the item being marked as 'delivered' but not at the preferred destination, our assistance may be limited.

Wrong item  

In the unlikely event of us posting you the wrong item/size by mistake we will refund you if we are unable to replace it for your initial order. 

In the event of a refund :

  • We will confirm with you on whether a refund will be issued, by email.

  • The refund can take up to 5-7 working days to be received depending on your bank after the confirmation that a refund will be provided 

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER AMENDMENTS

There are no order cancellations so please order with complete certainty.

Order Amendment 

Please ensure any changes to your order are made before you process your payment. After this point, you won’t be able to make any changes to the items or quantities in your order. 

If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect please contact us via email contact@deliciaerealm.com ASAP. We will amend your address if it has not already been shipped.
