If however the item(s) is marked as 'delivered' on the tracking information, our help may be limited.

The Evocative Collection which will be produced randomly, is a collection which is different to our usual designs. The collection will sometimes be for females, males or unisex. So far we have had 1 female Evocative Collection, and we plan to have many more!
